Manual Task

A manual task requires a manual intervention by a human.

States
  • Open
    The manual task is not executed and needs human attention.
  • Done
    The manual task has been sorted out.
  • Expired
    The manual task has not been treated until the expiry date has been reached.
Properties

  • Context Entity ID
    The context entity ID links the manual task to the entity which caused its creation.
  • Created On
    The date and time when the object was created.
  • Expires On
    The expiry date indicates until when the manual task has to be executed.
  • ID
    A unique identifier for the object.
  • Linked Space ID
    The ID of the space this object belongs to.
  • Planned Purge Date
    The date and time when the object is planned to be permanently removed. If the value is empty, the object will not be removed.
  • Space Id
  • State
    The object's current state.
  • Type
    The type categorizes the manual task.
